Nigeria’s Accountant-General’s office was gutted by fire earlier today.
The building named “Treasury House” is located beside the Federal Capital Territory FCT Police Command in Garki, Abuja.
The cause of the fire was not yet known as at the time of filing this report.
However, a combined team of men of the Federal and FCT Fire Services, as well as other security operatives, put in efforts to put the fire off.
