Abia state governor’s Chief of Staff, Anthony Agbazuere, in a new video which has been shared online, can be seen spraying naira notes on clergyman, Odumeje Indaboski, in his office.
The date when the video was recorded isn’t certain but it appears to have been shot in Agbazuere’s office.
