Ten worshippers reportedly died on Tuesday after the building of Salvation Ministry in Okpanam, Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State collapsed.
It was learnt that the church building, which was being used for the first time, caved in during a service at about 6pm.
Family members were still searching for their loved ones at the scene of the incident on Tuesday.
Several other worshippers were also said to have been trapped, eight rescued and four persons taken to the Asaba Specialist Hospital.
