Why I regret making song about my ex-girlfriend – Adekunle Gold

Nigerian musician, Adekunle Gold has expressed regrets about writing a song about an ex-girlfriend who broke his heart.

In the song “Damn Delilah,” off his debut album “About30,” he wrote about a heartbreak he experienced at the hands of a manipulative woman.

The singer posted the album cover on his X handle on Sunday, commemorating the album’s sixth anniversary, along with the message, “Happy 6th Anniversary to my beautiful piece of Art.” [Hashtag] Around thirty.

A fan then reposted it with the caption, “Delilah will never forget this album [laughing emoji].”

Adekunle Gold replied by saying, “She passed. Sometimes I feel bad for making that record,”
