The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced that it is set to move into the next phase of its ongoing recruitment exercise, directing shortlisted applicants to prepare for physical screening and document verification.
In a notice signed by the Board’s Secretary, Maj. Gen. AM Jibril (Rtd), CDCFIB said applicants who scored high during the earlier stages have been shortlisted strictly on merit.
The statement advised all successful candidates to visit the official recruitment portal: recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng between Monday, December 1 and Wednesday, December 3, 2025, to select their preferred screening venue and date.
The Board also warned applicants to ignore any message sent via email or other unofficial channels, stressing that all authentic updates will be posted only on the recruitment portal.
According to the announcement, the physical screening and document verification will take place across the 36 states and the FCT from Monday, December 8 to Friday, December 12, 2025.
Jibril congratulated the successful applicants and assured the public that the shortlisting process followed the Federal Character principle as well as the manpower needs of each service under the Board.
