Minister of State for Education, Emeka Nwajiuba, has announced that the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) will commence on August 4, and end September 5, 2020.
Mr Nwajiuba made the announcement on Monday during the daily COVID-19 Presidential Task Force briefing.
“As soon as we concluded WAEC, we will take NABTEB and NECO,” he added.
The federal government had earlier announced that graduating students, including those to take the WAEC examinations, should resume schools.
