12 EFCC Directors Suspended By Federal Government

12 directors of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have been suspended by the Federal Government.

The suspension of the directors comes days after the Federal government also suspended the acting chairman of the commission, Ibrahim Magu, who is currently being investigated for allegations of fraud.

According to The Nation, the notice of suspension for the directors was communicated to the Acting Chairman of the Commission, Mr. Mohammed Umar, by the Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation on Tuesday night July 14.
