President Muhammadu Buhari today December 11th, announced that Nigeria will commence issuance of visa on arrival for all persons holding passports of African countries.
Buhari made this known when he spoke at the opening session of ASWAN forum currently holding in Egypt.
According to Buhari, the Visa on Arrival will take effect from 2020.
