The Chief of Staff to Borno State Governor, Dr. Babagana Wakil is dead.
He died today being Wednesday 1st July in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital.
A statement issued by the Governor’s spokesman, Isa Gusau says, the late Chief of Staff will be buried at 4pm Wednesday at his family residence, in Shehuri North, Maiduguri.
