A female Corp member working as an INEC ad-hoc staff for the Presidential and National Assembly polls has apologized after she was allegedly caught at Abakpa, Enugu State allegedly transferring Labour party votes to NNPP.
In the video, the Youth corps member admitted to the act and said she was ready to accept any punishment meted out to her for the crime.
