Five almajiris recently sent from Kano down to Kaduna state have tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
The Kaduna State commissioner for Health, Amina Mohammed-Baloni, who confirmed this, said the new patients have been moved to the Infectious Diseases Control Centre where they are receiving treatment. Kaduna state now has 9 confirmed cases of COVID19.
