Kogi: Over 200 INEC officials stranded, fight for transport to polling units in Kogi

Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officials deployed for election duties at various polling units in Lokoja, capital of Kogi State, were stranded at Ajayi Crowther Memorial School.

It was gathered that the INEC officials had arrived the school to receive electoral materials for the conduct of the November 11 governorship elections in the state.

Among them are corp members and other ad-hoc staff contracted by INEC for the conduct of the election.
