Popular Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye aka Rudeboy has lamented about the scarcity of the Naira in the country following the redesign.
In a post shared on his Instastories, Paul claimed he had to pay as much as N70,000 to get N40,000 on Thursday, February 16.
