2018 World Cup: Brazil Releases 23-Man Squad

Just as the 2018 FIFA World Cup is fast approaching, Brazil have released a 23-man squad to represent them in Russia. 

The 23-man squad announced on Monday by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) is made up of three goalkeepers, eight defenders, eight midfielders and four strikers.

The 23-man squad include Goalkeepers: Alisson, Ederson, Cassio.

Defenders: Danilo, Fagner, Marcelo, Filipe Luis, Thiago Silva, Marquinhos, Miranda, Pedro Geromel.

Midfielders: Casemiro, Fernandinho, Paulinho, Fred, Renato Augusto, Philippe Coutinho, Willian, Douglas Costa.

Forward: Neymar, Taison, Gabriel Jesus, Roberto Firmino.
