A masquerade pleaded for mercy after he had an encounter with a soldier who gave him strokes of cane.
The video was shot in an unidentified location but the masquerade was heard yelling in severe pain as he begged for help.
A voice was being heard behind the camera saying this is the first time he would hear a masquerade speaking out.
The Soldier in the military outfit didn’t hear his pleas as he continued hitting him with the big rod in his hand.
