No amount of violence will stop your defeat in 2027 – Alli tells Makinde, Adekanmbi

Sharafadeen Alli 1

Gubernatorial candidate of All Progressives Congress, APC, in Oyo State, Senator Sharafadeen Alli has declared that no amount of violence can stop Allied Peoples Movement, APM from losing the forthcoming general elections in the State.

Alli currently represents Oyo South Senatorial District at the National Assembly.

In a statement issued on Monday, he claimed that the people of the State had rejected Governor Seyi Makinde who doubles as the Presidential candidate of APM and the gubernatorial candidate of the party, Hon Abimbola Adekanmbi.

It could be recalled that the state has been witnessing some cases of violence in the last few days.

Alli in the statement alleged that Makinde and Adekanmbi were the ones instigating violence.

Alli explained that Makinde inherited a peaceful Oyo State from his successor, late Abiola Ajimobi.

He warned that no amount of violence will change the decision of the people to reject both Makinde and Adekanmbi.

“No amount of violence will change the decision of the good people of Oyo State to reject the rootless APM in the 2027 elections,” he further said in the statement signed on his behalf by the director of his campaign organisation, Bisi Oladele.
